Write to usDo you file the customs declaration?
No. The declaration is the job of your licensed customs broker, and your carrier handles transport. We prepare a complete, consistent file for them.
What if the AI suggests the wrong HS code?
Every suggestion comes with its reasoning and source, and nothing is used without your approval. The final classification decision rests with you and your customs broker.
Export or software: where should we start?
They are separate services; starting with one is enough. If you have an export file in hand, we start with export services; if you have repetitive work, we start with software. If you're not sure, we decide together on the first call.
How is pricing handled?
It depends on the scope of work. We listen to your needs on the first call, then send a written quote.
