In short

The AI assistant, the export file simulator and the workflow check on worldrox.com are a free preview that lets you get to know WORLDROX’s services. They are not a free consulting service; detailed work continues by e-mail, with your file.

Free preview and limits

Each visitor can use 15 assistant replies and 3 tool runs per 30 days. There is also an overall limit for use from the same network (IP address). When the limit is reached, you can turn your conversation into a brief and send it to us from your own e-mail.

Tool results are shown in a shortened (preview) form; the full document list, reasons and steps are prepared together with your file.

We may change the limits without notice to keep the service open for everyone and to prevent abuse.

Use that is not allowed

Using the assistant and tools with automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) or in bulk; trying to get around the limits, for example by deleting cookies or changing IP addresses; copying, reselling or feeding the output into another service for commercial purposes; and trying to make the system break its rules are not allowed.

Nature of the answers

Answers are general, preliminary information generated by AI. They are not an official opinion, customs ruling, legal, financial or banking advice, or a quotation, and they may contain mistakes. HS codes are given only at the 6-digit level; the final classification and declaration are done with your customs broker. Check your decisions against official sources and with your adviser.

Restricting access

If we notice abuse, automated or bulk use, or if the monthly budget limit is reached, we may restrict access to the assistant and tools temporarily or permanently. The rest of the site and contact by e-mail are not affected.
